Join Jessica Parsons for “Inclusive Yoga for All”

Jessica is the first person with Down Syndrome to become a certified yoga teacher. Her inclusive classes are meant to provide equal opportunities to those who may have intellectual and/or physical disabilities. She welcomes students, staff, family and friends. If you have never attended such a diverse class, we highly recommend it for everyone. We know you will have a great time, practice a variety of yoga poses and leave smiling!

Series of 6 classes $37 ($34 for residents of the City of Santa Barbara.) Drop-in $8 (No charge for staff or caregivers and they are encouraged to join in the class.)

Mats and props are provided.

Although it is not required, you are encouraged to wear a face mask for the safety of yourself and others. We will have extra masks on hand for your convenience.

Please call Sue Anne Parsons at 805-570-3968 with any questions or concerns.
